Booking Conditions :

• Sleepovers have a minimum of 5 nights
• Check in schedule: from 17:00
• Check out schedule: 8:00-10:00
• Bag drop off is possible from 12pm
• Number of occupancy beds: 13 persons+ optional 2 persons (sofa bed patio downstairs) + 2 baby beds available
• Caution of 500 euros shall get paid on moment of entrance and will be returned within 5 days after check out
• No hen and stag groups permitted or groups of young people
• No excessive noise between the hours of 00:00 and 08:00
• Lake area and animal area are not accessible after 20:00
• Towels and bed linen inclusive
• Free WIFI access
• Payments by credit card, bank transfer, or Paypal
• Vat + cleaning costs are included the accommodation price
• Up to 3 dogs are allowed per stay
• When staying longer than 7 days, cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as following: rearrangement of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms with change of towels (except for pool towels)
• For stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is foreseen as indicated above.
• Additional cleanings will be carried out on Mondays (other days upon requests and availability). Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
• A booking confirmation email will be automatically sent to you after you have proceeded your  booking. If you think that you did not receive this email, please check you spam box first before contacting us.
