Our Quinta

• A spacious, luxurious, and fully equipped six-bedroom villa in the countryside of the Algarve (Southern Portugal), surrounded by nature and animals, where you are able to combine tranquillity with all facilities you need to feel comfortable.
• The accommodation is set over 2 levels, ideally suited for family groups with children and can host up to 16 people.
• The main floor comprises four bedrooms, from which 3 bedrooms all en-suite, double beds, plus one room with an extra single bed. There is a large Livingroom with a big flatscreen, sofa and a fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with direct entrance to the spacious veranda and terraces with an outside dining area and BBQ facilities.
• The kitchen has a large refrigerator and separated freezer, two electric ovens, a steam oven and a microwave. There is a Bora stove and a dishwasher. It contains a cooking island and windows overlooking the gardens and the patio lounge area.
• The patio lounge area is covered by a pergola, where you will find a table seating and a lounge sofa set, which offers much shade during the hot summer months. There is also a heater and a small fireplace for the colder evenings.
• On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, a separate bathroom, a living room plus fully equipped kitchen, a patio with lounge area and a terrace with sitting area and BBQ facilities.
• The large infinity pool (90m2)  is easily accessed from all the rooms in the villa and is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers, sofas and poufs. At the terrace you will find a separated heated jacuzzi, which is fabulous to relax during the evenings. 
• The property has free multi-language television in channels in the main floor living room and WIFI in all areas. The whole villa has air conditioning, which also provides heat during the winter, and in the main floor area there is floor heating all over the space.
• The villa contains a separated playroom area (60 m2) with a snooker table (reversable to a table tennis), a dart board, table football, different plays for children, television+ Nintendo. Also, there is a small area to do your workout.  
• What makes this villa charismatic is the small farm which is beneath the villa and accessible for clients. The small farm contains: 3 sheep, 2 mini ponies, 2 pigs, peacocks, turkeys, chickens and quails. There is also a Shetland pony and a Lusitano horse, which can be ridden by a child and adult.
• The villa is secluded and offers privacy, a boasting lovely country view and the most amazing sunsets in the evenings. The villa is set within it’s own private grounds, is fully fenced and has an electrically gated entrance. 
• Furthermore, within a driving distance of 15 minutes there are two waterparks, Aqua Show Park and Slide & Splash, and a big shopping mall. You will als find golf courses nearby, approximately 20 minutes driving. The nearest beaches are 10 minutes away, and you will find restaurants, a supermarket and cafe bars in a narrow distance of 5 minutes. The airport is 40 minutes away.
